The INDEPENDENT RESTAURANT & BAR OWNERS OF NEW HAMPSHIRE (IRBONH) is organized to be the voice of its members at the State House. We have a team of professionals ready to assist our members and an experienced lobbying team in place to make sure that your position on legislative issues is heard loud and clear. IRBONH represents the interests of the independent restaurant and bar owners in the critical area of state government regulation. Every year the New Hampshire Legislature takes action on dozens of proposals that affect the restaurant and bar business. The Legislature needs to hear from businesses that are affected by these proposals, but too often, do not. Our mission is to make your voice heard on these proposals. We will identify legislation that affects you and provide analysis of each bill so that your voice can be heard BEFORE the votes are cast. In other words, we will not merely send you a newsletter telling you of some bad legislation that has already passed...instead we will aggressively advocate for what you need and deserve before it’s too late! It is not enough to merely be aware of what is going on around you, you must participate in the process to make lawmakers aware of the effects proposed legislation will have on you and your business. Protecting the rights of the independent restaurant and bar owner is what we are about.
